Across the world, together, we are facing an unprecedented situation. This happened fast. In a matter of weeks, the COVID-19 crisis has genuinely changed our lives. Like so many people around the world, I bet you’re feeling a range of emotions. On one end, I’m concerned about the health and wellbeing of our families and friends; however, I’ve also been inspired by the adoption and the use of the technology, allowing people to work remotely and staying engaged to help customers. It’s critical that we don’t allow the economy to be destroyed by this event. The Digital Transformation we have been working on has made me feel the power of collective action. In essence, we can continue to advance our work that provides continuity, connectivity, security, and a safe operational environment for everyone at this moment.
